Abyssinia and National Consciousness:
The above book 'Strange and Secret Peoples: Fairies and Victorian Consciousness' does speak in all again, of just how once upon a time, Victorians, and presumably in both Kenya and England too, did attempt in all, to create a National Victorian Consciousness actually.
To speak of a National Consciousness and Abyssinia, is to in all again even, not only partake perhaps, in Myth creation actually, but in many ways truly too, speak of attempting in all, to decipher in all again, just what problems, can be considered a National concern in all too really {and as with speak too even, of National Resources utilization that is}.
One of the main problems of Abyssinia in all again perhaps is that, it can very well be considered in many ways, to be somewhat truly even, European in its ways actually. This in many ways has to do, with the original cultures in all (and as with 'Anglaise' too even), associated in all again, with it all actually {and despite there being American, Victorian and African even, sentiments/presences, and as with regards, to just how best in all, to live within Abyssinia (Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia) actually}. This in many ways, is one of the main reasons, that has prevented in all for instance, Kenya, from being able to imagine up even, a proper functionable Constitution, and for all its peoples too {and as with saying that, for a place in all perceived African, its original Law framework in all, was very much actually Victorian, and even American and in some ways that is} {attempts in all again, and as with speak even of National Summits in all, and in the attempt to deal with this problem, has seen Kenya in all again, and in all ways even, become a Country in all, and one divided by a Multiple Law Court System that is (and as with concerns even, and by some Indigenous people that is, and such as the Swahili for instance, that tribes such as the Kikuyu, are considered inherently Kenyan, and with the Swahili for instance on the otherhand, perceived in all again, as one of the least/last of citizens even, and as with they even believed, to only rightly belong on the Swahili Coast, despite their 'omnipotent presence' even, and throughout Kenyan History too that is)}.
To speak of Abyssinia though, and as with how even, many a person in Abyssinia perhaps, would perceive themselves Historically, is to in all again speak of the Conventional (and as with Conventional History too that is), and in many ways state that, there does appear in all, to be clashing interests even, and on just how in all again, to go about living daily life, and in Abyssinia too that is {and as with it even, capable of being European, American, African, and Victorian in all too really} {and as with furtherly stating that, National issues/matters, have always been presented officially even, in Victorian English, but with many a discussion held about these issues/matters in all again, carried out actually, in 'Anglaise' (and with all this too, having some American mentalities to it all actually)}.
In all is to say that, and as with regards to Language, Community, and the consolidation even, of a general Abyssinian Identity in all, that there is a general leaning in all again, and towards the European actually {and as with Abyssinia in all too really, highly even, Christian (Esoteric Christianity too that is)}, and in many ways again, what will be written about below, is just how in all again the average European in all, and within Abyssinia too, would think of all this actually {and as with truly in all again, presenting the European in its proper context even, and to the American, Victorian and African, and within Abyssinia too that is}.
Identity Formation and the Abyssinian National Consciousness:
In this section, will be spoken about, just whom in all again, the European within Abyssinia, truly is actually, and as with referring in all too even, to not only History, Psycho-dynamics and Religious life even, but also, Philosophical Thought and in all too really. That in all, these four, can be used to refer to just whom, the European in Abyssinia truly is, and in many ways even, probably helping just about anyone another grouping of people within Abyssinia, attempt in all again, to present themselves in all, and from the above four-part formation: History, Psycho-dynamics, Religious life, and Philosophical Thought/Beliefs in all too really. In all, this section will attempt to show in all again, just how the average European and within Abyssinia too, might in all view just about any National matter/issue, and as with regards even, to personal psychology that is {that in all, people do actually hold views in all again, one could very well term, as being Innate actually}.
1. History:
To speak of European History and Abyssinia, and how Europeans in Abyssinia, do perceive themselves from as such, is to in all again state that, this part of the European Identity and within Abyssinia too, refers in many ways truly, to the Post-Napoleonic. In all again, just how do Europeans in all, and since the fall too, of old Europe in many ways truly, do actually in all, go about identifying themselves, as European that is, and while living in Abyssinia too {and as with seeking even, to travel rather easily, to and fro, and from Abyssinia to Europe for instance}.
In dealing with this troubling matter, is to in all again, perceive it even, from group migrations, and out of Europe too, by many a European even, seeking a different way of life perhaps, and from that which, the Post-Napoleonic did have to offer actually {and as with it even, not perceived authentically European that is}. In speaking furtherly, deeply and semantically on this rather troubling issue even, is to in all again state that, the fall of Europe in all, did have to it, Gender and Racial issues to it all actually, and issues too, that do define in all again, just how many a European today, does perceive themselves in all too really (and as with attempting even, to deny themselves, and as with denying that is, just how they do feel about life in general today actually) {that in all again, the rise of the modern in Europe, has seen attempts in all, to erase the very presence of Brown skinned Europeans in European History, and as with stating furtherly that, Racial issues in all, that did lead to the very fall of Europe, still very much appear, to be very much alive (and sentimentally speaking too that is)}.
In helping Europeans, both Brown and White, deal with these still ever present Gender and Racial issues, is to in all again somewhat perhaps, speak of the general views, of Brown and White Europeans, and as with regards, to just how these very issues, still do define them both actually, and to this very day, and just also how, they do define Europe in itself, and to this very day too actually {and as with stating that, White Europeans who did live in old Europe in all, did learn how to Communicate in a certain manner, with Brown Europeans (and as with this evolutionary too even), but with their absence in all again, Brown Europeans that is, calling for just how in all, White Europeans, do deal, with this part of themselves (that in all, it is not a part, easily forgotten, and in many ways even, attempts to deal with it from a technological point of view, does not truly appear, to have truly resolved this matter)} {and as with there being even, Animosity in many ways even, and still to be seen, amongst Brown and White Europeans too that is}. These issues though, will be discussed below, and from certain group formations too that is.
Brown Emigres from Europe:
With this group, only associating with other Brown Europeans, and first making a home in the Middle East too, and before in all too really, moving into Abyssinia in itself actually {and during the Victorian Era too that is}. In many ways truly, this group does hold great even, misgivings, and towards White Europeans that is, and as with they even, viewing all the events that have transpired since the fall of Europe, and to the very present even, highly from a Religious and Communications perspective actually {that in all, they actually do blame White European Women, and White Europeans in general too, for a breakdown in Religious life, and Communications too, and within Europe too that is} {that in all again, alot of the Violence that did arise during the fall of Europe, and in it in many ways Racial even, can best be in all again, perceived even, from Religion in itself, but in many ways truly even, from Communications in all too really (and as with they Brown Europeans that is, said in all again, to adhere strictly even, to European Religious life, and European Communications (skills even) that is, and in all ways too even)} {and with White Europeans on the otherhand, no longer considered truly European, and due to their not adhering to European Religion and European Communications, but in all ways even, and today that is, perceived mainly European, and due to a population count too that is}. In many ways, a group, that might be visibly discriminatory to White populations in Abyssinia, and in many ways even (and as with their not caring about Europe anymore), creating Intellectual works perhaps, that do in all again, heavily rely on even, not only European Religious lifestyles actually, but in all ways even, European Communications {and in many ways too, bringing into question, of just what in all, does truly constitute, a European Identity (and as with the Continent too that is)} {and in all, their doing this again, while identifying, as Abyssinian that is}.
Brown & White Emigres:
You do have another group, who did choose to see the fall of Europe, and more or less from a Cultural perspective {and as with Europe falling in all, due in all again, to not adhering to its Regional/Traditional Cultural practises that is (and as with they said even, to be dying somewhat too actually)} {and Regional/Traditional Cultural practises, very much along the lines even, of Princedoms, Dukedoms, City states, Sovereign states (and such as Abyssinia too for example)} . In all, in a Europe, now not only receiving peoples from just about everywhere, who did seek to attempt, to become European {and all this before its fall too that is}, but in all ways again, all this referring in many ways, to an ingenious Europe in all, were ideas and creativity, did abound all over and such that, European Cultural practises, were the foremost in all, to suffer actually {and due to a burst of Creativity too that is}. In all, a group in all again, who do perceive themselves from one or more Restoration or Revolutionary attempts, and as with the attempt even, to help the massses perhaps, remember themselves as European, and in a Europe too, where a burst of creativity in all, had seen the masses, experimenting with all kinds of Cultural ideas even {and as with including even, the very introduction of outsiders to Europe, and into Europe itself actually}. In many ways, this group too, does make a home in the Middle East first, where in all again, they do create European-like cultures there actually (and as with speak too even, of what they do term Arabesque for instance) {or even again, the very works of Rafael Sabatini for instance}, and in many ways again, their moving on into Abyssinia (Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia), where they did in all again, make major contributions even, and in Culture in itself {and as with not only the Victorian world that is (it having received an influx, of Austrian ideas for example), but also in many ways, many too, joining the Angleterre world, and their writing in all too even, of great Literature too for instance (and as with the case even, of 'Possession', and by A.S Byatt)} {and as with stating too that, this group, and as with employment even, has used Cultural ideas from Europe in itself, in helping solve one or many a problem in all, to be seen in the outside World, and calling into question again, just how in all, this group does perceive themselves as European, and Abyssinian too, and in many ways truly}.
White Emigres:
Another group, having left Europe for North America (and America to be specific), and having settled there in many ways, does still attempt to claim, authentic European roots {and as with speak too even, of holidaying in Europe for instance, and just about every Summer too that is}. The role of this group in all, and as with events in all again, associated with the fall of Europe, can be said to be controversial {and as with some even, engaging in crime perhaps (the Wild Wild West for instance), and within America too, and on getting there that is}, but in many ways truly, it is this group, that appears in all too really, to be at the very heart, of alot of animosity today, to be seen in all, and based around issues pertaining, to European History in itself that is. This group in all again, does however readily identify, with European Materialism {and in North America too that is}, and in all ways even, appears to be spearheading a movement in North America, to attempt in all again, to unite both America/Canada, with Europe together {and at the very least, from the perspective of Trade too that is}. In all, a very disturbing move by this group, as they in all again, attempt to claim European Architecture in many ways, for themselves, and not seeing it (and as with Arthurian Architecture too), the very birthright even, of all those, who can be Genetically even {but with an accompanying Communications test too perhaps}, proven, to be European in all too really {that in all, this group, does not only attempt to claim European Materialism for itself, but as with regards to International Law even, does appear to claim European Materialism/Architecture, to have been White actually, and in many ways even, that European Culture in itself (and as with International Law too), only does belong, in Europe, and America in many ways too really (and as with America in all, strongly presented, as an Immigration haven that is)}. In all again, is to say that, any issues that this group might have and as with regards, to being European in all, would best be settled, with the Church {in both Europe and Italy too actually} {and as with they even, deemed the final arbitrators, and as with regards, to whom is truly European, and whom is not actually} {and with final reminder being, even Paris, has a majority of its Architecture, Arthurian, and as with Arthurian Architecture too, belonging in all, to all Europeans, wealthy or peasant alike}.
Italic/Provencal groups:
There is another group, one could rightfully call, Italic/Provencal, and as with stating that, these does refer, to Europeans who did live simple lives even, and in all ways even, were under, the Italian Church in many ways {and as with speak too even, of the Papacy, and Papal Media too actually}. This group, of all other Europeans, has suffered the most, and as with many out there, not readily recognizing them, as European too that is {and as with some of them even, black skinned actually (and in a Europe too, whose populations in all, were majority white and brown)}. This group {and including Italian Moors and other Italians in all too even}, and who did truly enjoy living in Europe, do find themselves today, suffering even, many an Identity issue/crisis, and as with furtherly stating that, they in many ways {and as with Traditional/Rural lifestyles}, did live lives in all, rather simple even, and very much akin, to what can be seen, in a simple Arthurian piece of Literature for instance {and as with the case even, of the popularized versions, of Le Morte D'Arthur; or even truly again, a work such as the Hunchback of Notre Dame for instance}. These groups still very much do exist, and in many ways appear, to live lives even, based around paying Homage too Europe actually, and as with they even, not only part of an Academia that attempts to present Europe in modern parlance/speech actually (and as with their protecting their traditional lifestyles even), but in many ways, heavily identifying in all, with European Art and Language actually {and as with they said even, to be the keepers, of European Language (and Folklore in all too even)}. However though, what does make this group disturbing perhaps, is the very fact that, they do make an everyday European in all {and knowledgeable of old Europe too}, very much question, whom they are as Europeans today {and as with lifestyles too even}, and due to the very fact that, these groups in all, have gone on, to produce even, major European works (and after the downfall of Europe in itself actually), such that and in many ways even, speak of Europe having continued to exist in all, and as with the Post-Napoleonic, very much valid even, and as based around summarizing Europe in all again, as an Idea even, and one that could very well, be put down in an Art form, or Literature too specifically even {and such that, Identifying with these works in all again, does in all, imply that Europe has continued to exist, and in a World today where, the continuation of Europe in all, is associated in all again, with Immigrants from North America/Canada, South America, Central Asia, and Africa even (and that in all, these groups are now to be perceived, and Culturally too, and by International Law even, as being genuinely European that is)}. A good example of all this, would be the works of Thomas Middleton, and a Moor too, written after the fall of Europe, and targeted in many ways even, to those in the Italic/Provencal groups, and in many ways does speak of Europe having continued to exist, and as an Idea even {and as with furtherly saying that, this group in all, can be said to be truly the best, and in running Europe today actually (that at the very least, those of European genes/history, and in Academia/University too, do know best in all, how to run Europe, and as compared, to Immigrant filled European Governments, and as to be seen all over Europe today too that is)}. In all, a group that at the very least does believe that, only those who can master European Languages and to a certain level too, should be allowed to live in Europe {and in many ways even, all this referring to certain Political groups in present day Europe, and such as 'Skinheads' for instance, highly fluent in European Languages actually, wanting for Non-Europeans in all, to return, to their places of origin in all too really} {and as with furtherly stating that, many a European (Italic/Provencal in particular) and in Abyssinia too, does support European 'Skinhead' groups for that matter}.
2. Psycho-dynamics:
To speak of Psycho-dynamics in all, is to in all again, speak of just how the average European in all too really, does present themselves, and to other peoples even, and within Abyssinia too that is. That in all, they might very well be acting naturally, but still appear to others, as being discriminatory in some ways, or even racist perhaps, and in all ways too even. In all, it is understood, that for harmonious relationships to exist amongst all Abyssinians, they must in all again, present themselves to each other, and in ways truly even, agreeable to all that is.
To understand Europeans in Abyssinia much better, and as with regards to Psycho-dynamics, is to learn in all again, just whom they are, and Psychically speaking too that is. That in all, and unknown to many, whenever a person of European ancestry at the very least, does pick up a work, of olden European Literature, they heavily even, might identify/attach themselves, to the characters, in these works actually. That in all, while others might view these works rather Intellectually even, Europeans on the otherhand, view them as a past reality in all too even, and one too, they readily identify with even, and as with it perceived even, to have been more real than our current World actually is, and as with primarily asking even, just what kind of Promises in all, does the future hold actually (and as with the Modern World too that is), and as with many a European today in all, still readily even, still associating Happiness in all again, with the very world even, of olden European Literature {that in all, many a European today suffers silently, believing that, the old World that they did know, love and cherish, is in many ways even, gone, and in many ways too, gone not only too soon, but leaving many a European again, truly wondering Psychically, just how to move on actually}. In all ways even, this very issue, and that too, which does speak of many a European even, seeking to stop being Europeans in all (and due to attempting in all again, to understand themselves as such and as with speak primarily of Happiness too) {and as with furtherly saying that, it is believed that, the population of true/genuine Europeans in all (Genetic and Communications based), is actually dying, and that all this, is truly in all again, the very basis even, of deep seated Unhappiness even, to be seen amongst many a European today, and who simply in all, cannot forget the past that is (and as with European Literature in all again (and as with formatting too that is), a big part even, of whom they have been historically in all too really)}.
In many ways, to speak of Psycho-dynamics in all again, and the European too, is to speak of just how other peoples in all, do perceive Europeans in Abyssinia, and also, just how Europeans in Abyssinia in all, do perceive other groups within Abyssinia, and those that might very well be said too, to be rather prominent, and within Abyssinia too that is: with this speaking in all again, of the Victorian, the African in all, and also the American.
In comparing the European to the Victorian is to say that, when it does come to problem solving in all, the Victorian is the kind, to readily engage another {and of an outside culture even}, and in thinking up in all again, the best solution in all, while the European, is heavily driven, towards being Innovative actually {and as with speak too even, of home grown solutions that is}. In many ways, something in all again, that might lead to a clash of interests, and between the European and the Victorian, and as with just how in general, to go about solving, problems in all too really {and with the Victorian here, referring in all again, to those well acquainted, with Victorian English that is (and which does speak of, a far much more bigger population within Abyssinia, and as with History too, than the UN in all too even, might be ready to recognize/admit that is)} {this too, and as with terming Kenya readily even, a generic African Country that is}.
To speak of the African in all, and within Abyssinia too (and the European in all again), is to not only refer to Language in itself {with Europeans in Abyssinia, not only speaking their old Languages well, but in many ways even, speaking these Languages, and as observed even, within Angleterre culture too actually (i.e. Anglaise for instance, Francaise, Espanola (that being Spanish, and as seen within Anglettere too that is) etc.}. In all again, all this controversially enough, speaking of just whom, and Culturally even, does rightfully belong in all, within Abyssinia, and as with saying that, those who do attempt in all, to prove that Abyssinia {Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia}, has a heavy African past, will still be best reminded that, just about everything that does function well in Abyssinia in all, is of European, Victorian, and Swahili origins actually. In all, the very question that many a European in Abyssinia in all, would very much ask is just how, do African cultures in all, disrupt life, and as seen within Abyssinia too that is {and as with furtherly stating that, Africans do in all again, have their own methodolgies of operations even (and as with they even, heavily Network oriented that is), and modus operandi too, not always perceived in all, as being the most stable actually (and as with even furtherly saying that, it is only Egyptian based Knowledge in all, that is often truly in all again, called upon, and as benchmark even, of just how African cultures in all, should be judged (and as with saying furtherly truly that, Books written by the Ancient Egyptians, are still very much (and as with their Greek counterparts even), not only existent, but readily available even, from the Middle East too actually (and as with these works even, having been translated into English too that is)}.
To speak of the European, and as versus the American too, is to speak in all again, of what in all, does constitute Independence, and as with Community too, and within Abyssinia too that is. That unknown to most, Europeans in Abyssinia, might be perceived even, to be highly reserved or rather silent even (and socially too that is), when in reality, they do prefer to engage others, and from a Cultural/Festive perspective too actually {and as with a Cultural Institute too for instance}. This in all again, does differ, from the American in Abyssinia, and as with American Communities in Abyssinia {many having existed, and prior the Colonial times even}, who do in all, prefer to be highly Independent, and in just about anything they do actually {and as with furtherly saying that, Americans in Abyssinia and in America too actually, are never truly ready, to engage others, and prefer even, to be heavily isolated in all, and from other populations and in all too really (and other than the workplace too that is)}. This though, does call upon certain interesting problems that do arise in all again (and as with they Psychic too), and due to this Independence by American Communities in all again {and problems too, that might be said to be brewing underground actually} {and as with speak too even, of many a War seen historically, and within America in itself actually}, in that, Americans in all again, have always imagined themselves up, and in a manner too, that others do perceive even, as being highly attractive actually, and just to be shocked in all, when rejected by Americans in all again that is (and as with this speaking specifically, of Traditional Americans that is), and as with they a group of people in all again, that others do perceive as being naturally intelligent, wealthy, and beautiful too in many ways truly. In all, and as with the Cultural Center/Institute, said to be the easiest way, for differing Communities to meet with each other, Americans in all, might in all again {and as with many even, another Community out there that is}, separate themselves from others, and as with saying that, Americans in all again, do identify themselves strongly even, by a Body of Knowledge {and Non-European too}, that they have accumulated in all again, and from living in America in itself, and Knowledge too, that has come to define them, and as being highly Independent that is {that in all, and as with America too, they do not readily engage with others, whom they do not believe, to be rather similar in all, to them actually (and as with speak too even, of not only the Cultural, but also as with regards, to Policy in itself actually)} {in all, all this too calling for an understanding, that living in Abyssinia in all again, does call for Independence in Spirit in many ways, and that in all, most contact between Communities in all again, at the very least is to be said, to originate within Cultural Centers/Institutes, and as with one even, seeking to exchange contacts in many ways truly} {in many ways even, Abyssinia and as Ideal (meaning totally Independent), does call for it even, to be perceived as being American as such and in many ways even (and of course unless, another group of peoples in all, does bring a whole new kind of Psychic excitement, and as with regards even, to cultural exchanges, or even Independence in itself actually)}.
3. Religious life:
To speak of Religious life and Abyssinia, is to in all again speak of just how in all, Europeans in Abyssinia, do perceive Sacrifice to be like actually. That while those in Abyssinia in all {'the Plains' that is}, might be said in all again, to experience pain and suffering in a manner similar to that seen, in Literature works and such as 'Treasure Island' or even 'Robinson Crusoe' that is, the very question though, of what truly does constitute Sacrifice, is still very much open actually. In that, in solving any problem for instance, a European in Abyssinia, might believe that, the amount of sacrifice required, to be of a certain degree, and which in all again perhaps, they might expect, of their co-workers in all too really.
To explain this much better is to know/say that, in Abyssinia, there are certain mythic stories/tales in all, that many do falsely believe, to be of European origins actually. This in all again, does not only speak of migrations by Europeans, and into Abyssinia too, but that in all too really, well loved tales that do speak of Mozart having been blind, or even Beethoven, and as with he said to have been deaf, or even truly again, tales of Authors struggling all their lives, living poorly, before succeeding highly in their later lives actually, do in all originate, in Victorian Era Abyssinia (and are not of European origins either). In many ways, what is been said here is that, many a European in all again, and within Abyssinia too, might be willing to undergo such sacrifice in all, and in their work too, and therefore, might not only wish to work alone, but in all ways even, might not be highly appreciative, of the work efforts (and as with products sold even), of others actually {and as with furtherly saying that, Europeans traditionally in all, have only truly appreciated, American and Italian works/'products' and in all too really}.
However, there is another twist to this, and as with saying that, Europeans in all, are rather highly Cultural minded people actually. What this does imply or mean too actually is that, Europeans in all, might very well interfere even, with what in all, does constitute Competitiveness, and within a place too actually. That in all again, while many a person out there, might believe in working hard physically, and in solving problems too, Europeans on the otherhand, having mastered culture philosophically in all (and to rather high heights even), do truly know in all again, just how to go about solving problems, and as based around, not only the Cultural, but also, Imagination in many ways truly {meaning that, an unknowing Farmer might believe in tilling/digging his allocated land, but with Europeans on the otherhand, highly aware of certain physical or chemical compounds even, that when used on the soils of an allocated land, does reduce in all, the need to actually engage heavily even, in tilling/digging the land in itself actually (and as with this speaking in all again, of what truly in all, does constitute Standards, and within Abyssinia too that is)} {that in all, Europeans at the very least, can be said even, to know how just to operate, at rather high Standards of working, and as with their at the very least even, being highly Intuitive that is}.
In all again, and as with speak of Standards in all too even, and as highly used to define, what or whom even, is Asian, African, Middle Eastern, European etc., and as with International Law today actually, is to in many ways even, say that, Abyssinia, and as with Standards even, can best be said to be European in many ways truly {and as with they even, setting the upper and lower limits in all, of what does stand for Standardization that is} {and as with furtherly saying that, Germany today, can be perceived as being superior even, and to America, and as with regards even, to Standards/Standardization in all too really}.
4. Philosophical Thought:
Abyssinia in many ways, can be said, to house rather many even, schools perhaps, of Religious Philosophical Thought. That many a Community in all, and as with religion too, do not actually in all again, adhere to modern Education perhaps, and as with regards even, to doing just about anything, but in many ways truly, adhere in all again, to a form of Religious Philosophical Thought actually {and as with Kenya today, and as with the popularity of Religious Studies too actually, and in many a University too, and when it does come in all too even, to the solving, of just about any form of Political problem actually (and as with Kenya too, having remained rather stable, and during the Modern era too that is)}. In all, what is been said here is that, when most in Abyssinia {Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia}, do set out, to solve a problem in all, they mostly in all again, refer to wisdom in all, and as associated, with certain Religious Philosophical Thought actually, and rather than a received Education in all too really {and as with speaking primarily too, of 'Applied Knowledge' that is}.
