The Sudan

The Sudan.

The Sudan in many ways truly, is a place whose relevance within Africa in all ways even, most truly don't either know, acknowledge, or even truly again, attempt to understand actually. In many ways though, the Sudan can best be referred to as the very Center of Africa actually {as with stating too that, many a development that does become a fact in all, and within Africa too really (and including Abyssinia even), does seem to originate in all again, in the Sudan actually} {and as with controversially saying too that, Pottery as an Art (and as with Design too actually), and as seen in Ancient Egypt once even, did in many ways truly even, appear to have origins in all, in the Sudan actually (or Nubia in all too really)}.

In many ways though, this does truly speak of the question in all too even, of just what part in all again, of Abyssinia, can be said, to house Sudanese elements in it actually {and as with saying too that, most of us in Abyssinia in all perhaps, are not too pleased about, being near the Sudan in all too really}.

To speak of this further is to say that, most out there don't truly know in all perhaps, of anything truly, and of the true History of the Sudan that is {and as with it presented even, as starting with Ancient Nubia in all, and in all ways too really, simply in all again very much becoming Modern Sudan actually (and as with the peoples of Sudan today heavily even, believed to be still rather strongly even, connected to 'their' ancient past that is}.

To speak of the History of the Sudan in all again, is to perhaps present it in all too really, from four main phases actually {or perspectives too that is}. The first in all again (phase/perspective), is associated truly, with Ancient Egypt in itself actually, and in many ways truly, speaks of the Sudan in all, from the perspective of its Nature {and as with it said even, to house many a river perhaps, or even truly again, to be forested in all even, and to a certain strong degree too that is}. In all, Nubia as a source of Natural Resources in all again, and for a more powerful Egypt in all truly {and as with speak too even, of a severe imbalance in all, and as with regards to Trade too that is}.

The second phase of the History of the Sudan, is one known to many, and strongly even, believed in all again, to very much even, define modern Sudan in all too actually. To best speak of this phase, is to best speak in all again truly, of the development of Christianity (and as seen in Nubia too actually). That during this period {the Candace/Kandake period of Nubia's History in all} {and as with it even, encompassing the very rule of Taharqa for instance actually}, sees in many ways even, the Sudan in all, fashion itself actually, as not truly being African (as with perhaps saying that, Religion in itself does evolve rather differently in Africa actually), and in many ways even, do in all attempt to distance themselves from (historical) Egyptian domination in all truly {and by presenting themselves in all, as practising Christianity that is} {as with their attempting even, to appeal to Middle Eastern sensibilities in all truly}, and unknown to most, the peoples of the Sudan during this era in all, actually very much stopped looking rather African {and as with the Ancient Nubians too actually}, and began very much looking like practitioners of Christianity actually {and Christianity too, as seen in the Middle East/'Israel too actually (meaning in all again that, the peoples of the Sudan to this very day, very much look like Israelis actually, and not other Africans either (and as with they even again, and due to all this, very much in all even, disconnected from their Ancient Nubian past actually)}.

During the third phase of the Sudans History, one does see in all again, the very rise of the Islamic/Muslim World, and within Africa too that is {and in the very least too in all truly, specifically Northern and Western Africa that is}. It is here again that a kind of systematic oppression of Africans in all truly, does truly begin, and as based around truly asking Africans in all again, whom they truly are with regards to Knowledge Bodies actually {and as with popular belief even, that Africans in all, did not truly know how to write in all again, when the Islamists in all too really, did arrive on the Continent that is} {and speaking in all too again, of a believed rather strong disconnect in all, between Africa's Ancient Past (including both Ancient Nubia and Ancient Egypt too actually), and Africa's 'Present' in all back then, and that in all again truly, not only were those in the Middle East falsely in all truly even, said to be more or less like the Egyptians actually, but also truly again that, what can be referred to as the Solomonic in Ethiopia for instance, is now said to be Jewish in all truly (as with the Solomonic that is, having strong hints, of the Moor races in it actually)}. In many ways and as with speak too even, of old Mali in all too actually, one does see attempts by Africans in all again {and who in all truly, once defined themselves (and as with Knowledge too that is), via rather interesting even, Memory based Systems in all truly (and as with saying that, Africans then, did truly strongly remember things in all actually), but with all this again, deemed rather Politically Unstable in all truly (and due in all again, to marauding Islamists armies matching in into Northern/Western Africa that is)}. In all truly again, one does find Africans in all, changing the very way even, that they do Store Knowledge in all {and as with the Sudan even, coming to strongly define this actually}, and one of the most Archetypal figures seen in Africa then (and in many ways too in all truly), is the so called 'Gris Gris Man' and an Archetypal figure too, not only to be seen in the Sudan itself actually, but also as far as Mali too actually, and also Nigeria/Igboland in itself too really}. In all ways perhaps, the creation of new forms of African Knowledge Storage Systems {Oracular and even those Scientific in nature too actually (and as with African Counting systems even, highly Scientific, and not Mathematical truly either)}, and in many ways too even, it is during this time that Africans in all again do actually begin manufacturing Weapons in all truly {and as with Africans during this time, having the knowledge in all, of knowing how to make Guns actually} {and in many ways too even, this very fact in all truly, dispelling a popular myth in all again, of just how Slavery in all, did truly happen in all really (as with it in all truly even, perhaps best perceived in all again, as with it based in all truly, with the becoming unstable in all, of many an African Society in all truly, and due in all again, to the arrival of different kinds and forms in all too even, of Knowledge in all truly (and as with speak of not only weapons that is, but also truly in all again, new Religious Beliefs systems in all truly, and arising mainly even, due to 'its' contact in all too really, with the Islamic/Muslim World actually)} {and as with saying even that, this does not speak of 'Knowledge Transfer' in all, but the very fact even that, Africans in all again, did somewhat truly even, look down upon the Islamists actually, and as with they even, perceived in all truly, as being rather niggardly in their ways actually (and with Africa then, becoming unstable in all again, due in all really, to its experimenting in all again, with the various new forms of Knowledge in all, arising during this time actually)} .

The fourth phase of the History of the Sudan in all, is in all ways truly even, its modern History in all actually, and as with speak too even really, of Colonial attempts in all truly {and by modernist/missionary Europeans in all again, and not the British either}. In all again perhaps, a History in all truly, based around asking in all truly even, what truly did define Sudanese Civility actually {and as with Colonialist Europeans in all truly, attempting to paint the History of the Sudan, as one where the said natives in all again, had apparently not discovered Clothing in itself actually}. In all perhaps, the very rise of a new Sudan, which sees the Sudan in all again, become divided into three parts actually {Northern Sudan, Southern Sudan, and Western Sudan in many ways truly}, and with Northern Sudan attempting to define itself via Civility, as based around designing in all again, National Dress in all truly, rather similar in all even, to that seen in many ways truly, within the Middle East actually {and in many ways too even, speaking of Northern Sudan becoming structurally similar in all, to the Middle East in many ways truly}. For Southern Sudan on the otherhand, they defeated in all by Colonial attempts to put them down actually, they in all again define themselves in only two ways (and as with Civility too that is): Western Dress, and finally in all truly again, Primitive Dress actually {and as with they in all truly even, having truly forgotten their old/ancient Ways/History and in all too really}. For Western Sudan, War breaking out in the place and in recent times too actually {Dafur}, speaks in all truly again of, their possessing Oracular/Oracle based Knowledge in all truly, that many in all again it does very much appear did very much find to be a threat of a kind actually {and speaking in all too really, of Northern Sudan, the Middle East, and those in the Oil Business too actually}.

In ending this is to perhaps in all truly again ask just what phase of the Sudans History in all too really, does truly affect in one way or another, Abyssinia in all actually. While originally my belief had to do with Christianity in itself and as seen in the Sudan too actually, I later came to another conclusion that, it truly had to do with the issue of National Dress actually {and as with saying that, the Nubian Meroitic Kings in all, were far much more defined by their National Dress actually, and not by their practising of Christianity either (and as with saying too that, Christianity in the Sudan/Nubia has never been truly deep seated in its ways actually)}. In all ways perhaps, and for an Africa today that is, highly coming in all to be defined by the issue of Dress in all truly (and as with speak too even, of Traditional, Western/Urban and Modern Africa too that is) {and with Abyssinia in all again, highly defined in all truly, by Christianity too that is}, who in all actually again are Africans perhaps, when they do in all again do visit Abyssinia actually? {as with saying in all truly that with Dress strongly defining manners, etiquette, behaviour, and even cleanliness in all truly, then truly in all again, one must truly wonder actually (and as with a Dress Code too perhaps), what kind of Africans in all again are to be admitted within Abyssinia that is (and as with all this even, perceived from a highly Christian, Esoteric, point of view actually)}.
