Security Protocols and Abyssinia.
To speak in all of Security Protocols and Abyssinia {the Savannah, the Plains and Arid areas}, is to in all again, speak of whom truly does in all even, actually belong in Abyssinia. In all ways truly even, this does truly speak of Law Frameworks in all too really, and with just how in all even, to truly go about enforcing such Law Frameworks and in all truly. A known difficult problem in Abyssinia in all {Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia}, and as in furtherly stating that, lots of the violence that has rocked this region in all again {Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia}, and in the past few generations too actually, has had to do in all, with the rather problematic question even, of what kind of Law in all really, to truly enforce in the place actually {and as with speaking too even, of the diversity of its peoples and in all too really} {and as with saying again that, those in Abyssinia in all (Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia), tend to be rather highly individual in their ways actually}.
To perhaps best in all help with clearing this problematic matter in all (and as with the Commoner in all truly), is to perhaps best view Law Enforcement in Abyssinia, from its Nature actually {the Savannah, the Plains, the Arid areas}, and in all too really, come up with a general conclusion that, these different terrains/'country' in all, do call for different livelihoods and existences and in all too even, that do in all again, premediate actually, the very need for differing in all truly, Law Enforcement/Frameworks actually {and as with this even, capable of being rather regional in its ways actually (and as with the Locale too that is), due to the very fact that, Infrastructure development in Abyssinia in all, is actually highly in all truly, Privatized}.
To speak of this Historically in all even, is to generally say that, the Savannah in all, has often been associated with Law in the form truly even, of Victorian Customs in all even, and with the Arid areas on the otherhand, more or less under the control in all too really, of the Swahili people {and Arabs too in general actually}. For the Plains though, where in all too even, lots of the violence in all rocking Abyssinia actually, has truly often been found, one does find in all that, Law in general, has often been rather Martial in nature actually {and as with the Book 'White Mischief' too even} {or the case too even, of Lord Chlomondeley}, and in many ways truly in all again, all this even, responsible for leading in all too really, to the so called 'State of Emergency' actually {when in all again, 'African' groups (as with some in all too really, coming in from Asia), did in all again invade 'the Plains' actually (but under the welcoming arm of British Colonialists/Settlers in all too really), and in all again leading to violence in all between 'European' groups actually (and these 'African' groups too even), and which in all again did actually lead to the Mau Mau fracas in all truly (and violence too, born of 'African' Criminality in all ways even)}.
Below though, will be the attempt in all to truly, help put into perspective {and for the many lost Masses out there even}, just how Law in all again, does truly operate within Abyssinia actually. That in all truly, those living in the Savannah for instance, do face different in all Law Enforcement and Lawful treatment too actually, from those in 'the Plains' in all really (or even truly again, those in the Arid areas actually) {and as with saying that, the Kenyan Police mainly in all, do operate in the Plains of Kenya, while Special Law Enforcement groups such as the CID of Kenya, are mainly seen in the Arid areas in all truly, and with the Kenyan Militaries on the otherhand, mainly guarding the Savannah actually}. However though, to put all this under a far much better perspective in all is to say that, the Savannah in all again, does actually in all truly best operate around Business Law actually {and as with not only Victorian Business Communications} {but speak too even, of the very fact that, Kenya in all truly does actually have, a Multiple Law Courts System actually}, and with the Plains in all again, best served in all truly, by Religious Legal Law {and as with a Religious/Judicial Body too even}, and with the Arid areas in all perhaps, best perceived as been truly under Banking Law actually {and as with most of everything in it under the control of the Banks in one way or another} {and as with speak truly even of Mortgages in all really}.

the Passport {and as with speak too even of not only Kenya's Multiple Law Courts System in all, but also truly even, it best in all again, representing Business Law and as a way of Law Enforcement too actually}; the Identity Card {with it specifically truly even, speaking of Religious Denominations in all, and in all ways truly even, actually issued by Religious Legal Bodies actually (and not Government either)} {and all this again and in all truly even, speaking of Diplomatic Passports in all really}; the Credit Card {as with this not only falling under Banking Law actually, but truly in all again, speaking in all of Regional Passports actually (and such as the East African Passport in all too really)} {as with the 'Arid areas' in all, the very 'peoples' in all again, most prone to do any kind of Business, within Africa actually}.
